3. Quotes & Orders

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding agreement. A contract is only formed when:

  • The order is confirmed by Scan&Charge
  • Payment terms are accepted
  • Delivery details are provided and verified

  • Shipping destination

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery time ranges from 14–20 days, depending on availability and destination.

Clients must provide accurate shipping information. Scan&Charge is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customs procedures.


6. Warranty & Support

All stations come with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or physical damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by improper electrical connection

Extended warranty and spare parts packages may be available.


7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong model was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged

Clients must notify Scan&Charge within 7 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging unless otherwise agreed.


8. Limitation of Liability

Scan&Charge is not liable for:

  • Profit losses caused by downtime or misuse
  • Network issues related to the client’s WiFi or 4G
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized modifications

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
